刮板链式运输机三级圆锥齿轮减速器的设计(一)

摘要
 进入21世纪，科学技术有着飞速的发展，伴随着科学技术的发展机械制造技术也有了较大的发展。
 在实际生产中，标准减速器不可能完全满足机械社备的各种功能要求，故常常还要自行设计非标准的减速器，而非标准的减速器又有通用和专用两种，而本次主要介绍刮板链式运输机三级圆锥齿轮减速器的设计。
 面对我国经济近年来的快速发展，机械行业的壮大，在国民经济中占重要地位的制造业领域得以健康快速的发展。由于减速器应用广泛，为了提高质量，降低成本，便于专业化生产和用户选用，使得作为制造行业重要设备的各类机加工艺装备也有了许多新的变化。
 设计既是产品开发周期中的关键环节，有贯穿于产品开发过程的始终。设计决定了实现产品功能和目标的方案，结构和选材。制造手段以及产品运行，使用和维修方法。设计不合理会导致产品功能不完善，成本提高或可靠性，安全性不好。严重的设计不合理甚至会造成的产品不能用或产品制造不出来，导致产品开发失败。
 减速器的装配图是用来表达减速器的工作原理及各零件间装配关系的图样，也是制造、装配减速器和拆绘减速器零件图的依据，故附减速器装配图。

Abstract

 In the actual production, the standard reduction gear is impossible completely to satisfy each kind of function request which the machinery society prepares, therefore also must independently design the non-standard frequently the reduction gear, but the non-standard reduction gear also has general and the special-purpose two kinds, but this main introduction scraper chain conveyor three level of bevel gear reduction gear design.
 Facing our country economy recent years fast development, the mechanical profession strength, occupied the important status in the national economy the manufacturing industry domain to be able the health fast use the reduction gear application is widespread, in order to improve the quality, reduces the cost, was advantageous for the specialized production and the user selects, enables also to have many new changes as the manufacture profession important equipment each kind of machining skill equipment.
 The design not only is in the product development cycle key link, has the penetration in the product performance history design has decided the realization product function and the goal plan, the structure and the manufacture method as well as the product movement, uses and services the design unreasonable can cause the product function not to be imperfect, the cost enhances or the reliability, the security is not serious design is unreasonable the product which even can create not to be able to use or the product can make, causes the product development defeat.
 The reduction gear assembly drawing is uses for to express the reduction gear between the principle of work and various components assembles relational the pattern, also is the manufacture, assembles the reduction gear and opens draws the reduction gear detail drawing the basis, therefore attaches the reduction gear assembly drawing.

前  言
 煤炭是重要的能源之一，在世界范围内的使用仅次于石油，属于世界第二大使用能源。那么，这些深埋在低地饿资源是如何从地下运输到地面的？
  整个流水线是这样的，在采区里，有采煤机把煤采下来，然后至刮板运输机上，整个流水线由几台大刮板运输机组成，煤运至刮板运输机尽头，下面由矿车运输到地面。
 为了充分巩固所学的机械知识，培养综合运用所学知识 的能力，掌握工程设计的步骤和方法，学会搜集资料和使用工具书的方法。我们对刮板运输机的减速器部件重新进行了改进设计，相当有意义。   
 减速器是一种封闭在箱体内的齿轮或蜗杆传动所组成的独立的传动装置，通常应用于原动机和工作机之间，用来降低转速，增大转距或改变轴线之间的相互位置以适应工作要求。在个别情况下也用来增速，此时应成为增速器。
