1. Monthly assessment on manpower and production equipment, based on production capacity and sales amount in the future;
2. Weekly work out a detailed build plan for the following half-month's production guidance, according to MPS and materials status analysis report;
3. Daily production arrangement and management , shipment target achievement in conformity with customers' request.
I generally get along very well with co-workers, Occasionally I might run into a conflict with someone. When this happens, I usually focus on what the conflict is about rather than on personalities. I find that approach helps me to maintain a successful relationship with anyone and often leads to resolution and strengthened relationships.
