As a result, the EMS passed the ISO14000 certificate.
olidation of the EMS & QMS: In order to improve efficiency of the management system and reduce the documents relating to management system, the quality manual and environmental manual were consolidated and condensed as a “Management manual”, to which all requirements and elements relating to ISO9001 and ISO14001 had been fulfilled. And the procedure documents quantities of this two management system also been reduced from 32 to 20.
gned the absorption system of chlorine hydride: Chlorine hydride, emission from the manufacture and stockpile system of hydrochloric acid. The counter-current absorption packed tower system, designed by me, shows a good effect in treating chlorine hydride gas. The gas concentration is reduced from 100mg/L to 10mg/L, permitted by the local discharge standard.
nic sewage disposal engineering: The organic sewage discharge from chemical producing process must be disposed. According to the analysis results of wastewater, we designed the treatment system, through which, the concentration of COD is reduced from 2000mg/L to 80mg/L.
new-Hoton’s Environmental Impact Appraise (EIA): The Hoton Company now planning a new plant. As environmental engineer, I am responsible for writing parts of the EIA report, incl. analysis of engineering, investigating pollutants, analysis of water-balance, and so on.
