下午面了一个小时十分钟，中间因为信号不好，断了好几次线，印度姐姐很耐心，不断地打过来。
面试问题有：
1. 自我介绍(学业方面的)
2. Why IGP. What do you know about IGP. What research have you done for IGP?
3. handle many tasks at the same time
4. support others
5. Work with people from different countries, with different culture. How to build up relationship with them. How do you keep in touch with them.
6. Share an experience that you struggle to achieve challenging goal.
7. What kind of opportunities do you think SC will have in the next 5 years.
8. What is the most important criteria for you to choose ur job.
Competency questions里会有很多细节问题，大家多做点准备。还有，很多XDJM担心会遇上印度哥印度姐，这个是肯定的，因为很多外资企业把first round interview都是外包给印度公司的。所以大家面试之前也找些相关音频练习一下。
