一面基本是是basic behavioral questions,题目如下:
HR姐姐直接忽略自我介绍,问了why HSBC,why this program and what do you think about the rotating every 6 month?
第二个问题,what‘s your past experience make you qualified for this program? 我吹了神马leadership啊,multitasking啊~~~
第三个问题,take initiative to a achieve a better goal
第四个问题,tell me about a time when you impletement a new thing or develop a new method...
第五个问题,tell me about your biggest accomplishments
第六个问题,how to deal with conflict situation in a team
第七个问题,mistakes i made to cause negative impact to a team!
