写自荐信需要注意的几个问题
1.要坚持实事求是的原则，正确介绍自己。既不要讲大话和空话，过高地宣扬自己，也不要过于谦虚，将自己的能力说得平平，这都不利于自荐和用人单位的挑选。最好是用成绩和事实来代替华而不实的修饰语，恰如其分地介绍自己。
2.要突出重点，有针对性。自荐信切忌篇幅过长或过短，长了会使对方厌烦，而短了又说不清问题，并且会给人一种不严肃、不认真的感觉。一般说来，自荐信以 1000字左右较为合适，要突出重点，有针对性，或针对某一单位的某一人选，或针对某一单位的某一职位，效果会更好。
